Some : Some patients always have hematuria (blood in the urine). Most doctors will recheck it to be sure it resolves. If it persists, sometimes other tests are medically necessary such as a cystoscopy or further tests on the urine. Ask your doctor if they think those tests are necessary.

Further tests needed: You have persistent hematuria ( blood in urine). Further tests are necessary. There are many causes of blood in the urine and tests such as imaging of the urinary tract with ct scan or ultrasound, urine tests for infection and for abnormal cells and evaluation of the bladder by cystoscopy are likely the next step. Ask your doctor for a referral to a urologist.

Not if Clean Catch: Unless these are catheterized specimens, you can't say much. If they are cath specimens then you need to see a urologist. Two cath specimens like this warrant a workup. A ct and look in the bladder should be done. If you start having problems, then do a urine culture. A culture confirms the UTI and provides the best antibiotic choice. Recheck a ua at 6 weeks to assure the blood clears.
