Probably not: You probably could not drink enough to dilute your urine so much that blood, bacteria, or white blood cells (indications of urinary tract infection) would not show up. If you have had a normal urinalysis, you can be sure you have no UTI regardless of your fluid intake. If in doubt, discuss with the doctor who ordered the urinalysis.
