It is up to your treating dentist to determine if more antibiotics are indicated. Any bone grafting or implant placement should be postponed until there is no infection present otherwise there is a higher chance of failure.

As you have experienced, sometimes dental procedures do not last as long as we would like. Implants/crowns are state of the art for replacing missing teeth. Timing of procedures and need for additional antibiotics has to be determined by your treating Dentist. It is inappropriate to place implants into infected tissues.
