Antibiotics: Antibiotics don't cure infected teeth, only reduce spread of infection into surrounding tissues. To cure the infection you must have root canal/crown or extraction/implant/crown. As antibiotic not working you need dental treatment sooner rather than later.

See a dentist: A tooth abscess won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. A dental abscess is a collection of pus that forms in your teeth or gums as a result of a bacterial infection. Dentist will treat a tooth abscess by treating the cause and getting rid of the infection. See your dentist ASAP.

Dentist please: I may be mistaken, but your question suggest that you did not get your antibiotics from the dentist, either at the ER or a clinic ? You should actually see a dentist to treat the abscess, antibiotics alone can not eliminate the reason of the abscess witch is the tooth, so, please seek treatment from a dentist ASAP. If not treated the abscess may spread to other teeth and may loose them. Take care.
