Plantar fasciitis. what are the most effective things i can do to ease this problem?

Get a proper arch support. The pain is triggered when the fascia/ligaments which hold the bones of the foot in place are stretched repeatedly while supporting your upright activities. If you visit a podiatrist & get fitted for proper arch support the problem should fade. Temporary help can be gained with anti inflammatory meds.

Visit a podiatrist and employ a custom fitted orthotic. Cannot buy a proper one OTC, as folks fit differently.. Will take several weeks of diligence but will be worthwhile.

Controlled stretching with bands pulling toes back. Night splints also help.
