How common is both palmar and plantar fasciitis in the same patient and can it indicate more serious problems than having just one or the other?

Dupuytren's?: Plantar fasciitis is extremely common.Pain in the heel when first arising in the morning is typical.' palmar ' fasciitis is different if u are referring to contracture of the palmar fascia or dupuytren's dz. Plantar fasciitis is relatively common and may be unrelated to the palmar fasciitis. If a woman has palmar fasciitis, she needs to see her gynecologist and be checked for possible ovarian cancer as well as other diagnoses. Note: Dupuytren's contracture of the hand usually affects one or two tendons and is not the same as palmar fasciitis. Dupuytren's can be related to diabetes or seizure disorder.
