Shoes: For women a high heeled shoe may help and for men a shoe you can put a heel lift in or heel cup. Custom orthotics can be made for all shoe types.

Support.: Orthotics are a great addition to "professional" shoes. Even when not in an athletic shoe, you want to go for support and stability. Some brands to try (but remember, this is not an exhaustive list, and everyone's feet are different, so these may not work for you): ecco, born, merrell, naturalizer, aerosoles.
