I had my vp brain shunts setting adjusted to drain more yesterday as it wasnt draining enough and i still have a bad headache my neurosurgeon said my headaches are shunt related but tried an adjustment?

Sounds like you are making progress, and as a prior post indicated you have a "new" neurosurgeon. Am not sure that a virtual consult here at HT is of value to assess your challenges, but if you wish, we could find a dedicated primary care physician to follow along.
