Does having leukocytes 3+ large, 1+ protein, trace hemolyzed, and staphylococcus aureus in urine mean uti or kidney infection?

Certainly indicates kidney inflammation. Staph aureus is a very unusual cause of urine infection and really needs to be further evaluated by a physician.
