UTI: White blood cells in the urine indicate a urinary tract infection (uti), usually a bladder infection (cystitis) but sometimes a kidney infection (pyelonephritis). In the face of that finding, i don't see how you can "be sure" you don't have a UTI or kidney infection, i think you actually do. See a doctor and get further evaluated and treated.
