Glad you don't have hepatitis! But there are other causes of liver disease. Excessive alcohol use leads to cirrhosis. Fatty liver causes liver disease. Some medications (prescription and over the counter) and illicit drugs can cause liver damage and there are other causes besides these. However you won't get hepatitis-induced liver disease.

There are different pathways of developing liver cirrhosis other than alcohol and viral induced, that remain otherwise the most common. Primary biliary cirrhosis or cholestatic liver disease are examples of conditions that can progress to cirrhosis.
