26 - female i have no symptoms and my cbc was completely normal however a recent ultrasound said mild splenomegaly of 14cm. my doctor said she is not concerned and will do a follow up scan in 3 months. is this something sinister?

Relatively common finding. Most commonly transient when due to infections, some other times reflecting other conditions, such as liver or blood disorders. The plan is meant to separate them out.
