All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. It is difficult to give you an accurate advice with the limited medical history. Your vitamin D level is not low. If CBC is perfect with normal platelet count, the purpura is not caused by low platelet but we can not rule out poor platelet function, especially you said you have mild splenomegaly and what the reason for the radiology test done?
