Two issues: Cracked nipples are very common for breastfeeding women. There are many over the counter creams and ointments for this. Head to your local pharmacy and you will find one that works for you. The lump should be examined by your doctor. It may be a clogged milk duct since your are breastfeeding. An exam is needed to confirm
