Had detached retina, fixed w scleral buckle 2014. has been stable. a few days ago i fell and have a black eye - same eye. no pain/redness in the eye itself. vision ok (not good in that eye anyway). no new flashers/floaters. should i be concerned?

As long as the vision is unchanged, it's unlikely that the retina has re-detached. However, it is probably safest to have a dilated retinal exam to be certain.
