From many years, i get foreign eye sensation in my both eyes and itching and redness sometimes. i do have dirty sclera, brown mess under both iris. i also have myopia but i don't wear specs? what is that brown mess? could it be left untreated?

Dark skinned people, such as African-Americans, often have brownish spots in their sclera. A new brown area can be a serious issue ( melanoma). I highly recommend that you be examined by an ophthalmologist in view of long-standing eye complaints.
