What to do about permanent red eye after scleral buckle surgery?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Red eyes: After surgery is quite common. The blood vessels in the area tend to dilate to help with healing. There's really no way to get rid of these blood vessels because if you try to remove them, they will be replaced by other ones. Over a long period of time, they may become less prominent.
