I had urinary infection two weeks ago. i'm taking antibiotics from last 7 days. pain disappeared and today suddenly again sharp pain and burning started with urination. urine culture, complete, vdrl, everything completely ok. what should i do now?

Almost all "urinary infections" at your age are STDs, i.e. gonorrhea, chlamydia or nongonococcal urethritis. Herpes also is possible. Some cases do not respond well to initial antibiotic treatment. Try to find a doctor with expertise in STDs or genitourinary medicine for additional diagnostic tests and perhaps different treatment. Good luck.
