"Pending neurology" is an important phrase. If it is truly a migraine headache, multiple medications are available at the discretion of a doctor. If not, the neurologist's opinion and recommendation are more important.

A neurology consult is a very appropriate step, and would expect likely confirmation of a migraine diagnosis, as tenderness over right eyebrow may well be associated allodynia. Depending upon headache pattern, a preventative or abortive approach can be taken. Hopefully your doctor will alleviate your issues.
