A neurology consult is a very appropriate step, and would expect likely confirmation of a migraine diagnosis, as tenderness over right eyebrow may well be associated allodynia. Depending upon headache pattern, a preventative or abortive approach can be taken. Hopefully your doctor will alleviate your issues.
