Dizziness: If you're referring to lightheadedness rather than positional vertigo, have a complete physical examination by your primary care physician, and then a complete battery of blood tests to check for anemia, iron deficiency, thyroid disorder, etc. In addition I recommend an examination by an ophthalmologist for completeness.

Dizziness: i also check for Lyme disease, I treat empirically for subclinical herpes - I have noted dizziness associated with very high IgG titers and I look /treat for sinusitis which may also be without symptoms but may be associated with opacification on CT. That said there is an association between chronic dizziness and autonomic dysfunction https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25012479
