Double vision is not typical in migraine, and 36 hours of nausea not responding to your medication needs review. You need assistance to return to medical care, and opthalmologist evaluation may be the next step in diagnosis and treatment. Get going.

Several areas of concern, such as double vision, persistent right sided focality over 36 hrs., and possibly progressive problems. A CAT scan will miss small aneurysms, new strokes, and arterial dissections. Certainly is not exclusionary for an arteritis or other vascular syndromes. A neurologist may well be imperative here, and you might return to ER if problems are persisting or worsening.
