Your blood pressure readings per se do not indicate any disorder. Before getting more tests, make sure you drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.

Often young women have blood pressures.& heart rates like yours feel fine& are perfectly healthy. However where you are experiencing lightheadedness & visual symptoms especially on standing, Your low blood pressure requires investigation for adrenal gland insufficiency, thyroid issues,, cardiac pathology, or anemia. I assume medications or dehydration are not the causes. See your MD or a cardiolog

Blood pressure is low and it is hard to be sure if it represents a real problem or not. Would advise seeing a physician in his/her office to have it checked in various positions and have some other diagnostic tests done if needed.
