A member asked:

If something neurological was causing my eye symptoms would an ophthalmologist detect and be able to tell this?

Give the ophthalmologist a try. If s/he is not able to address it and feels that neurology consultation is warranted, you could do that. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Most ophthalmologists can sort out eye problems and pinpoint neurological mechanisms if playing a role. Have the consult with the ophthalmologist. Since you do not describe your symptoms, it is not feasible to provide additional opinions.
