: straining for stools is cause of hemorrhoid. Drink well and eat fibers ++ to ease off passage of stools so there be less pressures in anal area that trigger dilation of the anal vein around the anus [=hemorrhoid]

Those could be the symptoms of internal hemorrhoid or a different problem but not external hemorrhoid.
