Could be fissure: The bleeding and pain you describe is more consistent with an anal fissure, which is a "skin tear" in around the anus. You may also have hemorrhoids associated, which could also contribute and just make the whole thing worse. Go see your doc, a surgeon, or a GI doctor and get this checked out so it can be treated and get you some relief! i'm sorry this is happening to you.
