When i have a bowel movement that has hard bits in it(bit nails, nuts), it doesn't matter if it is hard or soft, i get itching and often rectal bleeding from hemorrhoids. other than not being constipated, how can i relieve the itch from hemorrhoids?

Itchy hemorrhoids: You might check about your fiber intake in your diet and how much water are you drinking daily. This should help to loosen your BMs. About the itch, you might try using a hemorrhoidal cream with steroids and do Sitz baths.
