All of these things you mention are important and need to be evaulated and treated by an ophthalmologist---preferably someone who specializes in glaucoma and anteriior segment issues.

Glaucoma and synechiae can be treated. Iris atrophy, staphyloma, and cupping are usually not treatable. For best answer, see an ophthalmologist in person and discuss findings.
