Less likely pinched nerve would cause that symptom, especially it occurred symmetrically.

Your description is not one found with radiculopathy (pinched nerve in neck), nor more peripheral nerve compression. This would more likely involve vascular issues, perhaps even Raynaud's. Suggest you visit your doctor and have an evaluation.
