Diagnosed with cervical spondylosis w/myelopathy. can anyone tell me more?

Yes: People have spinal canals that vary in size from one another but they all develop degenerative changes over time called spondylosis which can create further narrowing of the spinal canal leading to spinal cord compression causing a myelopathy that will get worse over time but varies in rate but usually requires surgery
