I get stomach aches when I eat or random times. Its not very painful endoscopy reveals nothing. Could it be something serious? It happens a lot but, not that painful. Could it be cancer?
Endoscopy: Stomach, duodenal bulb & second portion of the duodenal is normal. Impression also states: z-line irregular, 38cm from the incisors. Now will wait for biopsy result (am very anxious) Could it be Gerd and/or more serious like Barret's?

25 year old Endoscopy Findings-4cm hiatal hernia,gastropathy in entire stomach,erosion in first part of duodenum.Stomach biospy showed erosion in background of mild reactive gastropathy,no H Pylori.no pathologic changes.Does this explain bad appetite?
