i get pain in my stomach and back every time i eat, i've had blood tests, mri scan, endoscopy(waiting for biopsy results), egg and ultrasounds which have all come back normal?

Gastritis: Inflammation of the stomach is the most likely cause. The biopsy will likely be helpful in this setting.
