25 year old endoscopy findings-4cm hiatal hernia,gastropathy in entire stomach,erosion in first part of duodenum.stomach biospy showed erosion in background of mild reactive gastropathy,no h pylori.no pathologic changes.does this explain bad appetite?

Very likely. Significant gastric irritation, especially in a 26 year old. Be sure to follow-up with your Gastroenterologist
