A member asked:

What are the best multivitamins for the elderly?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Most multivitamins are a waste of money and many lack what is claimed on label. Some do not even get absorbed and pass through. Better is to follow balanced diet, perhaps supplement specific vitamins, such as C, D, maybe B's, and get your doctor's advice if there appears to be a deficiency.
