Many good choices: Multivitamins have many proven benefits. There's no one best brand but some are much better than others. Here's independent ratings of 101 brands: http://www.Multivitaminguide.Org/ any of the top 30 on that list are good. My personal favorites include ultranutrient from pure encapsulations (not on that list!), ultrapreventive x, life force multiple, life extension mix & advanced nutritional system.

None: Unless you have known deficiencies in most of the vitamins in a multivitamin, or have a very restricted diet, you will probably get no benefit and may cause other medical problems. If you have a specific vitamin deficiency, then take that specific vitamin. Otherwise, save your money and exercise more. Exercise is better than multivitamins for a person with diabetes.
