Never: Since multivitamins will not affect your health usually, do not take them. If you have a specific lab proven deficiency, then take that one. Multivitamins may be helpful if you are on a very restricted diet, pregnant, or fighting a chronic disease. Otherwise, save your money and buy a gym membership. Exercise has a proven health benefit. Multivitamins, not so much.
