None: Multivitamins are safe and usually not dangerous, although thee are side effects from high doses. Very few Americans need a multivitamin unless on a restricted diet or possible pregnancy. If you have a lab proven deficiency, then take that vitamin. Otherwise, you waste your money. Save your money and buy a gym membership. Exercise is the best proven "medication" for a person of your age.

FACT: 23,000 visits to American Emergency Rooms are caused by toxic reactions to supplements. Vitamin sales represent big bucks to the manufacturer but little value and some risk to the consumer. I agree that exercise is great, but also, focus on dietary intake of colorful fruits and vegetables, and fish. Enjoy life and do not search for the "best multivitamins", as it does not exist.
