I would like you to have a one time consultation with a physical therapist to outline a safe home exercise program for you. He/she will consult your physician first to learn of any precautions. In my experiences with avoiding rapid heart rates is one of them in certain patients. Some may have to avoid isometric strain or muscle building exercises.
