Frequently, a lack of minerals in your diet can cause lack of proper water absorption. Add more electrolytes to your daily intake and make sure the formula you use contains calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, chloride, sodium and potassium. Trace minerals may also be needed such as: chromium, copper, fluoride, iodine, molybdenum, selenium, iron, zinc and manganese.

It is highly unlikely that you are not absorbing water. You may not be drinking as much as water as you think you are. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
