Dry mouth: You still may have Sjogren's. We also look at medications or other agents that might cause dryness. I recommend seeing a rheumatologist and would be happy to do a consult if needed.

Primary Sjögren's Syndrome (SjS) is uncommon in males, but not impossible. All antibodies negative speaks again SjS. If no dry eyes, then I doubt SjS. Assuming you haven't had chemo or radiation, I would look for other causes: 1. side-effect of medications; 2. diseases: SjS (checked), diabetes, HIV; 3. nerve damage. Start with general doctor. If no diagnosis, see an ENT physician.
