I you are concerned about diluting your blood sample by drinking water, rest assured that it would take 2-3 liters of water to do this. One cup or glass of water would not affect the fasting hormones bloodwork.

Not drinking water overnight is not likely to affect your hormone levels. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
