Wbc went from 31.7 (3.4-10.8) to 43 in 10 days. Neutrophils 31.8 (1.4-7.0) lymphs 7.7 (0.7-3.1) baso 2.2 (0.0-0.2) Ihavent been sick, no infections, RA, Lupus, and CRP negative. Worried about leukemia. Cant see hemo doc for 3 more weeks. Any ideas
Went to doc and sinus infection was dx. Cbc done and WBC 11.8 gran 8.9 and mchc 36.1 all else normal. Should leukemia be a concern?
Can low vitamin D cause elevated platelets? My doc mentioned that I should take Vitamin D as mine is low. I also just got over a sinus infection prior to my labs. Platelets were 420 slightly elevated?
Doc gave me meds for sinus infection, the congestion is going away. But my throat is extremely sore and has pus on it now, should I go back in?
