Cannot vouch for certain brands, but I do rely on Kirkland preps that are USP certified. In searching for vitamin D, accept only D-3, and depending upon your levels, start with a minimum of 2,000 IU's per day. Your goal in about 3 months is to achieve a level of 50-70 ng/ml in your serum. (Vitamin D is fat soluble and takes time to stabilize).
