Rx Vitamin-D: There is a prescription version of concentrated Vitamin-D3. If you have a good drug plan, this is probably the least expensive option (for a generic copay). There are a few good brands out there - such as Thorne Research Labs, Pure Encapsulations and Designs for Health. Hope that helps!
