I have 2 black spots/lines in the outer corner of my eyes, and they are only visible when i pull the lower lid down. they are in both eyes in the same spot(outer corner). they aren't inflamed, don't hurt, and not raised. no other symptoms, just black?

They are almost like the benign moles on your skin, not uncommon at all. They had probably been there before but you did not see it. You can observe them for now, only see an eye doctor if they change in shape or size.
