i have a tiny red spot on the skin just below my eye. it is not raised and is not itching and there is no pain. what is it? and how can i remove it?

Angioma: A common facial lesion on young females is spider angioma. These are frequently treated with pulsed dye laser or electric needle. It is impossible to accurately diagnose without observation, but the site and demographic information would fit.
