How Long?: Symtoms most likely a stye in that a " bump" isn't always palpated. They can become quite painful and cause a lot of local inflammation. A key is how long has it been going on? Eye lid cancer usually is something that is apparent on the skin or lid margin but you should have it checked out by a physician.
