Confirm with exam: Do the spots blanch with pressing the area? Did she have severe straining, coughing or vomiting, or sunburn 3 weeks ago? Spots may be petechiae- from bleeding of tiny blood vessels called capillaries. Petechiae do not blanch when pressed. Have this confirm by an exam by a doctor submit a picture to HealthTap Prime or Inbox Consult.
