Is male breast asymmetry normal? my left breast is bigger than my right breast. i had an ultrasound on my left breast over 7 years ago and nothing was found, should i get it reevaluated?

Unilateral gynecomastia is relatively rare, it does affect more the left breast and remains poorly explained. If changes from baseline noted, reevaluation is needed.
