A year ago started having left breast pain, nipple retraction and heaviness sensation;had 3 ultrasounds which came normal over the year.what can it be?

Breast specialist: Have you seen a qualified breast surgeon? New nipple retraction isn't normal. If an ultrasound can't find the problem, perhaps you need a breast mri? But an breast surgeon would be able to tell you what you need.
