Went to the er and my d-dimer was 1.21 ug/ml feu when the cutoff is .48. did a chest ct scan w/ contrast and showed nothing so sent me home. should i be worried? wbc was also low 3.70 _x10^3/ul. dr said i was fine?

What reason do you have to not trust the doctor who examined you? A negative D-dimer is more important in excluding blood clot. A mildly positive result is not meaningful without other evidence of blood clots. Unless there has been a change in your WBC count, it could be your normal. Wish you good health!
